This Privacy Policy explains how AIY ENTERPRISE LLC handles personal information in connection with Chimera OS and the text messaging program it operates on behalf of participating local service businesses.
Who we are
Chimera OS is operated by AIY ENTERPRISE LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Chimera OS is a communications and operations platform used by participating local service businesses — such as window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter, and exterior-care companies — to intake, respond to, and serve their customers. When you interact with a participating business, we process your information on that business's behalf so it can respond to and serve you.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with a participating business, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your service address
- Details of your service request
- Your message history with the business
We collect this information when you submit a quote or contact form on a participating business's website, when you provide information verbally while booking a service, or when you text a participating business.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate the service on behalf of the participating business, including to:
- Prepare and send quotes
- Schedule and coordinate service
- Send service updates, confirmations, and appointment reminders
- Follow up before and after service
- Send occasional promotional messages from the specific business you engaged with
SMS / mobile messaging
If you provide your mobile number and consent, a participating business may contact you by text message through Chimera OS. The following terms apply to that messaging:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers as needed to operate the platform — for example, hosting providers and message-delivery providers — and only so they can perform services on our behalf. We never sell personal information. As stated above, mobile information and SMS opt-in and consent data are not shared with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service to the participating business and to you, and for as long as required to comply with applicable laws.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Chimera OS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above.
