These Terms & Conditions govern the Chimera OS text messaging program and this website, operated by AIY ENTERPRISE LLC.

Program description

The Chimera OS text messaging program is operated by AIY ENTERPRISE LLC on behalf of participating local service businesses — such as window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter, and exterior-care companies. Through the program, the business you engaged with may send you the following types of text messages: customer care (such as responding to quote requests and answering your questions), scheduling and appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and occasional promotional messages from that business.

Some responses in this program may be generated by automated systems on behalf of the business, and you can always reach a human by replying to any message or contacting the business directly.

Opt-in

You opt in to receive text messages by submitting a quote or contact form on a participating business's website — where consent is provided through an unchecked consent checkbox that you choose to check — or by providing verbal consent when booking a service. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive messages. Message frequency and rates

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your use of the text messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information, including that mobile information and SMS opt-in and consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Site and service, as-is

This website and the service are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown above. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
